Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Factory and Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and warehousing processes. Your responsibilities will include assembling products, managing inventory, and ensuring that our factory and warehouse operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Factory Duties:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Assemble and package products following specified procedures and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Manage inventory, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory transactions and shipments.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
